Zucchini And Porcini Risotto

1/2 lb. zucchini
salt, to taste
1/4 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
1/4 pound plum tomatoes
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 stalk celery, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/4 cup butter
3 cups short-grain rice, Vialone nano or Arborio
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoon chives, minced
1 tablespoon mint leaves, torn
